Teachers at a school in the Fens became literary legends for one day only to mark World Book Day.
They dressed up as various characters from novels and stories at Thomas Clarkson Academy in Wisbech.
Students were invited to guess the characters as part of a range of events which also saw a joke contest, and a Guess The Book Cover quiz.
Academy librarian Leanne Robinson, who organised the events, said: “It is good fun for the staff and raises the profile of World Book Day at the academy. It’s not every day you are taught by the Queen of Hearts, Robin Hood or Where’s Wally?”
