Police are appealing for witnesses after a car collided with a tree between Downham Market and Thetford on Friday July 14.
The collision happened on the Downham-bound carriageway on the A134 Thetford Road at Northwold at 9.10pm. The driver was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with serious injuries.
A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol and was questioned at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre and has been bailed until 11 August.
