Contactless Donation Wall Goes Live At QEH

It is now even easier to help support the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.

It has a Tap To Donate donation wall which takes £3 donations from debit cards, credit cards, or phones using Apple Pay or Google Pay just by tapping it.

The money all goes to the hospital’s charitable fund which helps fund vital equipment, better facilities, education and research.

The wall also speeds up the donation process as it goes straight into a JustGiving account and also makes it easier to use contact-less methods to donate.

The area also promotes the Charitable Fund’s important contribution to improving patient experience at QEH which includes funding vital equipment, enhanced facilities, staff development and experience, and education and research.

It has also helped support the Cancer Wellbeing and Support Centre which opened in July, and a new Maternity Bereavement Suite which opens in the winter.

Professor Steve Barnett, QEH Chairman, said: “The Tap to Donate wall utilises contactless technology to make it easier for people to donate to the Trust’s Charitable Fund. With the support of our community, the money raised will enable us to keep delivering projects and services which will further improve the patient experience here.”
