Under Tier 4, tradespeople such as ourselves are still allowed to enter properties so long as social distancing is observedWhen making your appointment you must advise us if anyone in your property is shielding or in an ‘at risk’ group.

When our technicians arrive at your property, they will call you on the phone to confirm their arrival.
Before entering your property, they will wash and sanitise their hands outside the property.
You can then vacate the area where the cleaning is to take place.
Access to a running hot water supply will be required.
The technician will wear disposable latex gloves before touching any surfaces in your home.
On completion of the work the technician will leave the property to allow you to inspect the work.
Payment can be made over the phone to avoid face to face interaction.
Used latex gloves will be removed from the property for disposal.

With external cleaning services we will call you on arrival, and when completed, and again payment can be made over the phone to avoid face to face interaction
