Wellbeing Walks – King’s Lynn

Feel free to join us for a gentle stroll along the scenic King’s Lynn riverside for a chance to connect with others in the fresh air.
All our walks will be within government guidelines, we will be respecting social distancing. We will walk at a pace to suit everyone joining. The walk is situated close to the town centre and all its amenities.
Please remember our socials are not a therapy session, but an opportunity to make social connections with like-minded people.
No booking is necessary, just turn up!

Our wellbeing socials are open to anyone aged 16+ with no need to book and no referral required, just turn up!
All our social activities are based upon the ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’; These are a set of evidence-based recommendations which, when followed, can improve your mental health and wellbeing.
