Police are hunting thieves who stole two historic Royal Mail post boxes in West Norfolk.
The post boxes were stolen from Well Hall Lane in Ashwicken while another one was stolen from East End, High Street, in Thornham.
Both have the Royal Cypher ‘GR’ on them and are thought to have been stolen to be sold online.
Officers believe the incidents could be linked to a third report made in December where a post box, also with the Royal Cypher ‘ER’, was stolen from Thorpland Lane in Runcton Holme between 8.30am and 2pm on Tuesday 21 December 2021.
Police are keen to hear from anyone who may have information about the recent thefts or the whereabouts of the stolen post boxes.
Anyone with information should contact PC Amy Chalcraft in Op Solve on 101 quoting crime reference 36/3678/22. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
