After the success of James’ first Christmas card design competition with over 150 children participating, children in North West Norfolk have been invited to participate in this year’s competition.
The competition is open to primary school children attending a school in the North West Norfolk constituency. The winning design will be James’ official Christmas card for 2021 and will be sent out to individuals, charities, businesses, and others across North West Norfolk, with the winner’s name and school printed inside. The card featuring the design will also be sent to the Prime Minister.

Entries should be A4 or smaller and preferably done in paint, felt tips, or crayons as coloured pencils do not reproduce well when printed (no glitter!). While designs on all themes are welcome, James particularly encourages entries that reflect the theme of what the children are most looking forward to this Christmas.
Commenting James Wild MP said, “I’m delighted to launch my second Christmas Card competition and I look forward to seeing the creative designs from pupils at local schools showing what they are most looking forward to this festive season. Last year’s competition was very hard to judge with so many impressive entries and I encourage all schools to take part.”
Two runners up will have their designs printed on the back of James’ official card.
Please send your entries to James Wild MP, House of Commons, London SW1A 0AA or scanned designs to firstname.lastname@example.org. For each entry please include the name, classes, and school clearly marked. Please also provide an email address for your school. Entries must arrive by 5 November 2021.
