Global music icon Janet Jackson has been announced as the latest headliner for the 2026 Heritage Live Festival at the Sandringham Estate.
The five-time Grammy Award winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee will perform an exclusive UK show on Wednesday 19 August as part of the Norfolk concert series.
Joining Jackson on the line-up for the evening will be special guests Wyclef Jean and Soul II Soul.
She joins a star-studded Heritage Live programme which already includes Lionel Richie on Thursday 20 August, Ricky Martin on Saturday 22 August and Eric Clapton on Sunday 23 August.
Giles Cooper of Heritage Live said organisers were “absolutely delighted” to welcome Janet Jackson to the festival, describing her as “genuine music royalty” whose influence and catalogue have spanned generations.
With more than 180 million records sold worldwide, Janet Jackson is regarded as one of the biggest-selling artists in music history. Across a career lasting more than four decades, she has achieved multiple chart-topping albums and singles and remains one of the most influential figures in pop and R&B music.
Among her achievements, Jackson became the first woman to debut in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 and is one of only four artists to achieve a number one album across four successive decades.
In 2019, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame alongside members of the Jackson family, while her Las Vegas residency Metamorphosis broke ticket sales records.
The singer also received further recognition in 2026 when her landmark album Rhythm Nation 1814 was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame.
Special guest Wyclef Jean rose to international fame as a founding member of Fugees before launching a successful solo career with hits including Gone Till November and Hips Don’t Lie with Shakira.
Meanwhile, Soul II Soul became one of Britain’s most influential music collectives after emerging from London’s soundsystem culture in the 1980s, achieving worldwide success with tracks including Back To Life and Keep On Movin’.
Pre-sale tickets for Janet Jackson’s Sandringham show will be available from 9am on Tuesday 2 June here, with VIP packages, glamping and caravan options also on offer for festivalgoers.
