A man in his twenties is seriously ill in hospital after a road accident near Downham Market.
He was driving a black Land Rover Discovery on the B1160 near Southery when he collided with temporary traffic lights and signs sealing off a hole in the road.
The vehicle then hit a tree and the driver is in a serious condition at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge.
