New West Norfolk Homes Complete

A number of new homes in King’s Lynn are ready to be moved into.

The 105-dwelling project at Nar Valley Park in South Lynn will include 37 on the open market which have partly been snapped up by first-time buyers, 11 for affordable rent and five for shared ownership.

Graham Middleton, the borough council deputy leader, said: “The interest in this development shows a real need for properties in the area. This partnership is providing homes for young people and local people. These properties are in a great location with excellent access to everything King’s Lynn has to offer.”

Simon Medler, Regional Managing Director for Lovell Partnerships, added: “This is one of several developments in west Norfolk that we’re working on for the borough council. This is a really successful partnership that’s delivering new homes for local people, here in King’s Lynn.”
