Police are investigating a West Norfolk road accident which left a man in his seventies seriously injured.
He was driving a red Hyundai which was in collision with a silver Volkswagen Caddy van on the A1122 Downham Road near the junction of Willow Heath Road, just outside Downham Market, just before 4pm on Friday June 9.
The man was flown by air ambulance to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge for treatment, while the van driver was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.
