QEH Charity Blooms At Fashion Show

Crowds at one of the key events in the West Norfolk calendar have been supporting an appeal to help local hospital patients.

They took part in fundraising activities at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charity stand at the Sandringham Flower Show raising over £350.

This money will go directly to the Epic Moves, Better Lives appeal which will help support ways to help those with conditions like dementia or are frail to keep physically and mentally active.

Samantha Taylor, Charity Manager at The QEH, said: “We were thrilled to be part of such a prestigious and well-loved event. The Sandringham Flower Show gave us a fantastic platform to talk about our EPIC Moves, Better Lives appeal and the difference it makes to our patients’ recovery journeys. We’re so grateful to everyone who visited our stand, took part in the raffle or teddy tombola, and helped us spread the word — every conversation and donation really does help us go further for our patients.”

“The Sandringham Flower Show also gave us a fantastic opportunity to share the story of the QEHKL Charity with new audiences, meet our local supporters, and raise awareness of the many ways people can get involved. We’re grateful for the warmth and enthusiasm shown by everyone we met today.”
