A great opportunity is available to join the Voluntary Services Team and help support the recovery and growth of the Voluntary Services within QEH. Working closely with our amazing volunteers, this is a fast-paced role under pressure which requires excellent attention for detail.
You will be supporting the Voluntary Services Team with the selection and recruitment of volunteers. This will involve maintaining records of volunteer placements and co-ordinating the arrangements for volunteers’ education, training and support. The job satisfaction from interacting with volunteers on a daily basis is a unique working experience.
You will also work closely with the Voluntary Services Manager within the Corporate Nursing team to identify new opportunities to improve Patient Experience.
