The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King’s Lynn (QEH) NHS Foundation Trust is appealing for willing volunteers to get involved and support their local community as the hospital faces increasing pressure over the winter period. Together with the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System (ICS) the QEH is hosting a volunteer recruitment event on 17 November at the King’s Lynn Town Hall to find out about current volunteering opportunities and hear about new developments where volunteers can support the QEH and other local services from their own homes. Joanne Rowe (our very own Simon Rowe’s wife) is the Volunteer Service Manager and she explains what makes a good volunteer.
