People across West Norfolk are being encouraged to donate unwanted clothes, shoes and handbags to help the needy.
The Salvation Army Trading Company is encouraging people to use their nearest textile bank and drop off their unwanted possession.

Paul Kunes, the borough councillor responsible for the environment, said: “In the last three years the Salvation Army has collected and recycled nearly 1000 tonnes of textiles, shoes and handbags donated by residents in west Norfolk. They are able to reuse, repurpose and recycle these donations.”
The profits that the Salvation Army Trading Company receives is given to The Salvation Army to continue the work they do such as, specialist support for survivors and potential victims of modern slavery, shelter for those experiencing homelessness and more.
