Community projects across West Norfolk are in line for some more cash help.
Each King’s Lynn and West Norfolk borough councillor will have access to £1000 which can go to local groups, charities and non-profit-making organisations who made a difference.
They can each give up to 20 grants from their money and they can also work with each other to pool the cash.
Borough council leader Stuart Dark MBE, said: “We have 55 borough councillors spread through the 550 square miles that we cover, who will have a small pot of money that they can use to support those groups across the borough.
“The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on groups who support our community. They need our help more than ever. A small amount of funding can make a big difference.”
