A West Norfolk company has got the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for growing its customers internationally.
Agrimech, which is based at Three Holes, has increased its overseas sales by more than 200 per cent since since 2018.
The company creates weighing, sealing and packaging systems for farming.
Some of its team will receive the award from the Prince of Wales at a Buckingham Palace reception in July.
“This is such a thrill for everyone on the Agrimech team,” said the company’s co-founder, Belinda Smith. “The dedication and hard work that everyone has put in over the years to build up such a good reputation for quality machinery and excellent customer service has earned us awards before, but recognition like this, for our success on the global stage, takes things to another level altogether.”
